Delete your data

Connected Instagram or TikTok accounts

If you connected a social account to 5127, open your dashboard, find "Connected socials," and choose Disconnect. That immediately deletes the access token and the profile snapshot we stored, and your page stops showing anything pulled from that account.

You can also remove 5127 from inside Instagram or TikTok. Instagram sends us a deletion request automatically, we process it and return a confirmation code you can check at any time.

What we delete

• The access and refresh tokens for that account.
• The stored profile snapshot: username, display name, avatar, follower count.
• Any cached posts or media pulled from that account.

Delete your whole 5127 account

Email b@5127.ai from the address on your account and we delete your page, content, and account data within 24 hours. Records we must keep for tax or fraud purposes are described in our Privacy Policy.
